I love this place. It’s a beautiful hotel, inside and out, especially in the summer. Very relaxed atmosphere, lots of places to sit and enjoy. Pretty close to the little downtown area. It could use some updating and sometimes the rooms need a bit more cleaning, though I’m very picky about that. Overall, I enjoy staying here.

Slipped on the bathroom floor , I had my parents with me who have dementia. It was very inconvenient regarding food items for them a utensils. Not a good stay to say the least .

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would like to have seen a Gideon Bible in the room. There wasn't one and the front desk person didn't know where to find one. I would like to see a better quality of toilet paper in the room if I am staying at the "Royal Park" hotel. Unfortunately, they cheaped out on this one. The bathroom tissue was like you have at a rest stop on the highway. I know you can do better. It's the small things that make a big difference. I would like to have had a coffee pot in our room and not have to go down to the library to get a cup of coffee.
