The property is designed beautifully and the initial interaction with the staff was positive and friendly. Unfortunately we had a an issue with thr two tv’s in the room not operating. We called the front desk and we were told that someone would be up shortly- suffice to say no one showed up. For a $1000 a night one would expect more. The beds and pillows were also not up to standards for a hotel room of that price.

By far the coolest place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve never stayed at a place this nice before and I’m blown away. Right in the middle of plenty of shopping and food and in a pretty safe area.

The fire alarm on the building across the street started at 7am and continued until we left at 10:45am. The rooms need blackout shades / curtains. The room was noisy with plumbing noises. Running water sounded like it was in our bathroom even though it must have been next door.
