Property is newer but on the cheaper side air/heat wouldn’t turn off and big draft from window. Location is close to shopping and food but not quite close enough to walk. Bed was comfy overall kind of what you expect for 2.5 star property

The parking lot was cluttered with trash, which was disappointing. However, the inside of the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the heat was turned off, leaving the room freezing, and several essentials were missing—there were no bath towels, hand soap, or shower gel. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and these oversights affected the overall experience.

I booked a king online and when i came in they gave me a 2 double bed. That was fine but then I get there and the rooms been used. I go to get another room and it’s not used this time but still dirty so we ended up leaving to stay somewhere else and they would not refund me even tho I just walked into the room and left. Wasn’t even there for an hour! Terrible. Never going again.

I arrived very late at night and the front desk was quick and kind. Unfortunately my bathroom had hair on the floor, and hair and a bandage in the shower drain. People were yelling in the hallway at 2am.
