Good value stay, clean room, lovely toiletries No response to emails and online request for information on Thanksgiving dinner, reception said just to talk to the restaurant staff to book, restaurant staff said fully booked and waitlist - fortunately the restaurant manager was able to get us a table - answering the questions before we arrived would have helped.

Beautiful setting with tasteful Christmas decorations. Restaurant was very good, but food at breakfast took too long to arrive. Also, the large Christmas house in the lobby was far too large and obtrusive; it made the lobby feel crowded. Last year, the house was not there and the lobby was a cozy, delightful place to sit while enjoying the fire and other Christmas decorations. We really disliked the house due to its massive size.

Decadently finished boutique hotel. Makes me want to remarry my husband to use their venue! The pool and hot tub area is unique and comforting. The hospitality we encountered here well exceeded our expectations. The breakfast we had at the steakhouse was fresh, delicious and amply portioned! I stumbled upon this humanitarian hotel accidentally and so far it is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in America so far. :) thanks for caring so much about our experience.

Loved the convenience of hotel with our golf event. The hotel accommodated my request for a first floor ski didn’t have to use an elevator. The dining choices were great also: 2 meals at Doyle’s and breakfast at steakhouse. All were excellent!
