"First thing first, it’s peaceful and clean. I don’t usually dine outside because I am very health conscious. I always try to book B&Bs because of the flexibility to cook your own food. It had access to ac, kitchen and living room which made my travel very comfortable . Internet is a plus as wifi is all around the house. "Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. "

"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the other breakfast had already been there. The question about booking a car for onward travel was very reluctant to be heard; there was no way to help. The neighboring hotel, where we were not guests, was very kind about this. All in all very disappointing and totally overpriced."

Good Hotel and Polite Staff

"Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot water was available via a hot water boiler. The bathroom was clean enough, although the silicone sealant needed a refresh. The room had a double and a single bed. The blanket and sheets were clean, although there was a slight damp smell. The mattress was medium firm and with the thick blankets, it was quite comfortable sleeping even in the cooler Feb/March weather. Breakfast was part of the package and had to be ordered, then brought to the room. The restaurant can also cook dinner. Location wise, the hotel is about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The main bus stand is 2 minutes walk away. The immediate area is quiet. The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk, or use the in-house restaurant."
