I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. As a solo woman traveler safety is my number one concern and I felt incredibly safe here. The property is extremely clean. The staff is wonder and your host Ganesh and Saroj are wonderful and will ensure you have a pleasant stay- along with the rest of the staff. This is definitely an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Thamel, Kathmandu!

The biggest disappointment was the Resevation and Introduction note stated the the Airport transport was free. I was charged 1,500 R for the transport service.

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff.
