"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."

"The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"
