"We had a rocky start but the Taj Mahal Tower went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Staff were very attentive and always checking to ensure their guests are having a pleasant experience. "Swarangi Mahadik is the Guest Relations Executive at the hotel and she checked us in at Reception. She was very attentive and caring and gave us a good overview of things to do in the area. Abinav was also awesome, The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the ambience was exhilarating. The dining area and staff were welcoming and breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay at Taj Lands in Bandra East."

"The hotel is very nice but the streets around the hotel are disaster. I went for a walk and after 3 minutes I returned to the hotel. The hotel is attached to a mall which is the only place I felt ok to be. So I spent 6 days at the hotel but I was there for business and that was fine"

"Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."
