This was a lovely hotel with a great staff. It is definitely in the heart of the Old Quarter so be sure you are ready to feel and hear the hustle and bustle of street vendors, visitors and life in the city. Despite the excitement and noise, the staff was courteous enough to get us a room that was away from most of the noise. Sal the sales manager and Erin were both amazingly helpful and attentive in getting us booked and situated not only into hotel but also on our tours

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. In sum, The Oriental Jade Hotel is undoubtedly a first-class, five-star accommodation. I can confidently say that I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city!

Beautiful well located hotel. Excellent staff and amenities. Old world charm with all the modern conveniences. Lovely rooms, excellent food. Would choose it again and again.

Amazing room, lovely view, pool is so nice and view is amazing from pool. Breakfast was lovely, great vegetarian options. Only 1 problem I had, under the bed had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and bottles/wrappers from previous guests. Everything else was absolutely spotless
