▶ Important Note about Garage Access: Please be aware that the garage on the premises is not accessible to guests. It is reserved for personal use by the property owner. We kindly ask that you respect this private space during your stay.

▶ If water is left constantly running, the tenant will be charged $75 for each day this occurs.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are not allowed.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ The trash is removed every Monday and Thursday (if your reservation is fallen on these days, please kindly place the trash containers on Sunday evening or Wednesday evening outside by the road so the trash can be picked up, and place them back after the trash is picked up, but no later than Monday evening or Thursday evening).

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

Good overall stay / would recommend
Overall — check-in was easy, the property was clean, great location, and in a quiet neighborhood! The main things that needed improvement are as follows: the towels were very small and there was only one towel per person. Guest bathroom needs a bath mat and both bathrooms needed updated stocks/backups of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. The keyless entry lock was convenient, but had trouble multiple times getting the dead bolt to line up with the door frame to lock when we would try to leave. The remote for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing as well so we couldn’t get it turned on. A binder with the check in/check out instructions somewhere visible like the kitchen or coffee table when you walk in would be helpful as well!! Minor things that would improve the over all quality of the stay, but nothing that were deal breakers!

In town as father was in ICU at nearby hospital
The house had plenty of room. The beds were a little high and hard to get into as I had just had major surgery. The towels you are given are very minimal, but I had read that on a review and brought my own. The house is at the end of a culdesac in a very quiet neighbor. Our host Irina was very good. Very responsive and personable. The decor of the house is very cute. Being an avid traveler, I appreciate things like that.

Family funeral
Our family travel from out of state for a funeral. We stayed at this home for 5 days. We had 1 towel andd 2 wash clothes each for 5 days of use. The beds and ffurniture were comfortable. Limited kitchen utensils, 1 dirty wash cloth, no kitchen towels. No broom, floors were dirty. No table to eat outside. The house had a strong foul smell of insect spray inside. Overall, it was it was a nice stay.
