"Very nice property, we enjoyed the pool and the lagoon, compared to other places we visited, the lagoon area in front of the hotel was clean with crystal clear water. The staff was super friendly and professional! One thing we absolutely did not like is that you have no control over the AC, you need to call the staff to operate it and that was quite annoying, hopefully they will find a better way to do this, at least access to turn on/off would have nice."

"Mia Hotels was a very good resort not the high end luxury property as they called themself but if I have a thing to return will be because the food!! "Increíble experiencia poder hospedarse en este hotel. Fui con mi pareja y fue perfecto para conectar con la naturaleza, ya que se encuentra en medio de la selva. La laguna es espectacular. De verdad, cada detalle está bien pensado y fuimos atendidos con excelente servicio y el restaurante flora es delicioso, especialmente los desayunos fueron nuestros favoritos. "Beautiful pool and gardens, gorgeous rooms with stunning white wash floors and concrete glaze flooring. Lovely room decor. Netflix. Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10). Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity.
