There's something for everyone in Dillon! As a year-round destination with almost 300 days of sun per year, the surrounding hills are made for summer recreation. Besides days spent on the water at Dillon Reservoir, you can hike, mountain bike, or cross-country run the many trails that traverse the hillsides around town. Nordic skiers and snowshoers will have their fun as well, as all those trails for hikers and bikers in the summer transform into snowy paths for winter athletes to enjoy!

This place is clean, but needs a lot of update.
This condo does not have bad/old odor or over powering freshener, the place is very clean. However, it needs some update. The kitchen is (almost adequately) equipped. Kitchen counter outlet broke. Many furnitures don't fit, for example, the chairs are too high for the dining area. Dining bar is too small for four people. Some of them only have three legs (BBQ, TV stand being used as night stand). There is no Dish network/TV even though there is a Dish and a big screen TV. No place to sit down to play games despite there are quite a few board games. Middle of the couch sinks. The dishwasher and the humidifier leak water, the hair dryer and vacuum do not work. curtain and shower rods are crooked. It is pet friendly and our dog could leave from the patio easily.

Inexpensive and clean, could be improved.
This place is clean and cheap. It needs a little attention. The internet is slow with a ridiculously long password. The satellite dish never worked for us so no regular television. The bathroom light fixture was broken (not the bulbs). Running the provided hair dryer in the bathroom immediately tripped the breaker. The check in was also needlessly hard. The lockbox system is not easy to navigate in the dark and cold. I think all of these things could be improved. But otherwise it's fine for an inexpensive place to stay in Summit County.

Perfect spot on a budget
No frills and a little dated, but 100% got the job done perfectly for a place to eat, shower, and sleep between long days of skiing. 30 min to Breck. It was snowing my whole stay so instead of walking 5 min to the Clubhouse (hot tub) I just drove 30 seconds to get there. Per usual, Vacasa check-in is NOT user-friendly, and eventually I figured out that the keys to the condo were in lock boxes along a rail outside the clubhouse rather than inside the clubhouse as written

2 star property at best - had the odor of the Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas… some kind of ashtray meets mildew scent masked w cleaning product…. Nothing in the unit has been updated in many, many years…. Blankets and lines were scratchy and the heating system made the kitchen and living areas hot but bedrooms freezing. Finding the property and dealing with key lockbox when arriving in the dark was a 30 minute ordeal. I’m sure this sounds like a Karen-esque rant but trust me when I say spend the extra $50-100 per night in Dillion to find a better spot. Grateful for the team at Vacasa, they were very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Debbie’s Den in Dillon (more like Debbie Downer Den) was the worst vacation rental we have ever had the misfortune of staying in. I don’t now about others, but when I book a rental I assume the home will have basic things like POWER and WATER. Upon our arrival, half the house was without power. We had to call, and call, and call, and call to have this addressed. I spent an hour of my life trying to get a hold of someone to take care of this for us. As if that weren’t terrible enough, after a long day of skiing, we returned to the rental to discover there was no running water. Again, it was near impossible to get a hold of someone, and I spent another couple of hours chasing this down to get this fixed. Totally unacceptable. This is not our first time having a less than stellar experience with a Vacasa rental. We will be staying clear of these house of horrors in the future.

Great place to stay for the price and location. Despite being next to the highway!
I've lived out here for over 30 years and rented many places. In fact, I was in a ski in/out at Steamboat last weekend for over 10X the price and it wasn't anything super fancy. The Dillon property is hard to keep clean with the melting an mud at both entrances but I had to order extra towels which is hard for whomever is remotely managing the property to get that done from a thousand miles away. There were barely any hand towels or wash cloths. The laundry is a bit of a hike with all the dog crap around, and bring your own soap. The condo didn't even have a bottle of cleaner to use!!!! Nothing even to clean the counters and the cheap ass sponges were cut in half to conserve them! There was no bucket or mop or anything to help keep the place clean which is a shame because I usually leave a place cleaner than when I arrived. All there was was a crappy vacuum and broom.

Good stay for the price
Plenty of space for two people and a dog. And it was nice having a walk-out entrance to take the dog around. The stove wasn't the best to cook on, and the selection of pots and pans was a little slim, but for the price of the stay it's hard to complain.

Everything was great! Very convenient for skiing at Loveland.
Everything was fantastic, we were a little disappointed that the clubhouse was two buildings away, as we were thinking it was in the condo building. But we were so comfortable and loved the location.

We were very comfortable in Debbie's Den. Even though there was no yard, there was plenty of space right outside to play with our dog in the snow and plenty of dogs around if you're looking for playmates.

Weekend Getaway
Property worked out great for our needs. Had everything we needed and not far from amenities and activities. A couple things that could have been better: one shower was missing a handle, making it unusable; the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID which is understandable, just wish it would have been noted when reserving so we didn’t have to pack for it and disappoint the kids.
