Thanksgiving Snowboarding Trip
Our family really enjoyed staying in this three story townhouse. The views of the lake and mountains from the back porch were amazing! It was very clean and well stocked for cooking any meal. The master steam shower was so nice to have after a long day of snowboarding and the gas fireplace put off a lot of heat. The location was perfect for us since we were trying out the different mountains, Breck, Keystone & Copper. Our host, Paul, was quick to respond when we had a question. Overall, we definitely recommend this beautiful townhouse!

Old home with smell and a lot of broken things
We stay out a few times a year and have stayed in Colorado multiple times for skiing. 1. The listing states that the entire house is available but the garage is not included. There was one big shovel and a quarter bag of salt. A lot of time was spent cleaning the cars and making sure driveway was not icy. The owner had multiple opportunities to mention that garage was not included but he chose not to. It didn’t occur to us to question this as it has never happened before in Colorado, smoky mountain etc, as we look for a garage specifically in snowy regions. 2. The dishwasher wheel was broken on the bottom tray and had to be lifted to put dishes and it got heavy so it was more inconvenient to use the dishwasher than to wash dishes by hand. We told the owners on day one(we stayed a full week) and were told the part will come after our stay. 3. The dryer gave an error and did not work. The error was d95 which when googled meant the dryer vent pipes were not clean. We had already put in two pits one in dryer which did not dry and one was washed in washer. Had to look for a laundromat right away and did not laundry for the rest of our stay. We were told they’ve never heard of it and no one was sent to check or attempt to repair etc. 3. The hot tub was not available during the duration of our stay. 4. House is old and has a smell. Our family friends’ son had wheezing and we were all on allergy medicine all week. Could not sleep in basement and brought mattress upstairs.
