"Very clean and tidy apartment having good sized rooms and off road parking. Easy to find and in a small quiet village. Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. "Positiv: Sauberkeit sehr gut; neues Bad Negativ: einfach nur laut, permanenter Verkehr, auch nachts Check-in ohne Vermieter, Ausstattung der Küche eher schlecht (Gemüsemesser nicht zuhause vergessen!) Fön, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden (sollten laut Anzeige zum Inventar gehören)! "We booked this apartment for two nights in July 2024 and it proved to be a good base for seeing Meran to the east and the Stelvio Pass to the west. The owners were good communicators and very kind (the pasta and pasta sauce were appreciated - thank you). The bathroom and the kitchen were equipped to a high specification, and very clean indeed. Comfy beds, too. Highly recommend this apartment. "
