"Our first stay at Quest and won’t be our last. Fantastic location with easy access to the Docklands Precinct, Southern Cross, the city and Southbank. The staff were lovely on check in and throughout. We received a room upgrade which was terrific and the 1 bedroom apartment was a fantastic space. Cleanliness was first rate. The bed, although a little soft for my liking, was comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay. "

"Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony at the rear of the building, it was quiet. If I had a room in the front, the traffic would have kept me awake, Springvale Road is very busy 24/7. Will most likely stay here again when I return for work early in the new year, but only if they could guarantee a room at the rear of the building. The location is very convenient, close to transport and shopping precinct."

"Quest was a great option and staff were friendly and very helpful! The construction in the area is very noisy. The room we had was not the best position as it looked out over the bins. There were no coffee shops open for people who start the day early! "

"I really liked staying at the Quest, the one thing I didn't like was that as a person who likes to pay cash when I can I didn't like the fact that I had to use my card for the security deposit, especially when there was no money on my card. After racing all over Frankston trying to find a bank I was told that they could not guarantee the deposit would be there straight away. I had to phone a friend to fix everything. When reading that they needed a card for security deposit it did not dawn on...
