"We had a fantastic stay in Chamonix, with easy access to the slopes, making our ski days seamless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of comfort and tidiness. The après-ski atmosphere at the terrace was also fantastic, with a lively and inviting vibe. "Lovely hotel let down by a few avoidable issues. We arrived to our family room (2 adults 2 children) to find a great sized room for us all with a double bed and a settee bed. However we noticed the settee bed was not made up and we also only had towels for 2 people. This was fine as we planned to go out for dinner so we informed the reception that the bed needed making up and we also needed more towels. We returned 2 hours later to find the settee bed with a sheet on and 2 pillows, no duvet. So...

"The property is well located on the edge of the pedestrian zone, easy access to restaurants and mountains. The room arrangements are highly unusual with a wall with two doors separating the bed area from the sofa area. The sofa itself was extremely uncomfortable - it can be converted into a bed but the minute you sit on it, the seat cushion keeps sliding out over the front edge. Another major annoyance is that the space is so dark. It has some interesting and attractive accent lighting but there...
