"It's all about the management. 5 stars. Look, it's a hotel/motel. And the condition is better than fair, but it's not the Ritz of course. HOWEVER, the owner and staff, are so accommodating and helpful and really care about you, that I can't even think to give it anything under 5 stars! It jus goes to show, when someone cares about their customers, it trumps everything else! You cannot be unhappy if management and staff actually care about you and your needs. 5 stars. Win win win."
