"Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. "They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. A manager told me they don't do all this, only for the executive suits, what I find strange as my room is in the same...

"This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. "The location is miles away from any other amenities, situated as it is in the middle of the desert outside of Riyadh. However, it would be excellent for a family with children as they have a huge kid-friendly pool and kids club. I really enjoyed the restaurant which allows a choice between buffet-style eating or a la carte. The latter offered some excellent quality food. My room was vast (I had a suite) and it came with a large balcony. The one facility located next door is the “Bestival”...
