"It started with a surprise hidden by a prior guest, but the Owner was very responsive and sent the cleaning crew back to address the issue immediately. The home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Unlike many others, you can't tell this is a VRBO from the street because it is well-maintained. We left a few valuables behind, and the Owner was kind enough to mail them to us without an extra charge. That was very kind."

"First of all, we booked this property on 8/4. The owner stated they weren't aware. We were already at this location and had to leave because they double booked. We were rerouted to another property in the "hood". There was a shooting. Pubic hairs on the towels. A dangerous basement staircase, no lock on the door! It was too late for us to go anywhere else. There was only 1 bathroom for 5 people. I was given a $225 discount prior to arriving to the new location. I would have turned it down if i...
