The property is so cute. It's a perfect small apartment with everything you'd need. The hostess was very nice, she made an awesome cake for our arrival. Having parking was definitely a huge point for the property!

Quaint room in the mountains

Beautiful location. Cozy and quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here while exploring Delphi. After a long day of travel, it was so wonderful to have some snacks and breakfast provided in the room.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The owner is extremely friendly. The apartment is large and comfortable, perfect for a family. The kitchen is well-equipped. A variety of fruits, breads, toasted sandwiches, coffee, milk etc. are provided.

Such a cool city, loved our stay here. Google maps did make it a little difficult to find, we called them when and they met us and guided us to parking. Tiny streets, great restaurants, hope to stay here again some day. House was clean - they had homemade cake, fruit, snacks, and water. Rustic and cozy.

We got turned around trying to follow Google Maps (despite a wonderful short video to help guide us) and the owner came to meet us right away and guided us the rest of the way. We arrived late after a long day of driving and we're thrilled to have some sandwiches, eggs, fruit, and even homemade cake waiting for us. The room was so full of character. The owners had seen to every detail! If this place is on your "maybe" list just book it - location for accessing Delphi is perfect, and you can walk through Arachova easily to access shops and restaurants.

Truly excellent choice. We had some trouble navigating the narrow streets of Arachova and the host met us on the main street and led us to the guesthouse. It is nicely decorated, very spacious and the hosts are more than accommodating and responsive. It is excellent for families as there is a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine in the unit. We would certainly come back again.

Cozy stay, amazing host

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was some confusion around our booking but it was quickly resolved. The gracious host helped us move our car to the lot since we are not used to the small streets and had trouble finding it when driving. The room was larger than expected and very clean and cozy. The host recommended a nearby restaurant which we enjoyed very much. I think the issue with booking was due to expedia/hotels.com and not the hotel.

The Guest House is beautiful and clean. It feels like home. Appreciated the welcome sandwiches, fruits and bread. The beds are comfy and we slept like a baby. Big parking. My kids love it! We will come back here in a heart bit.

Very cool apartment with awesome views over the village. Kids loved the "Harry Potter" bedroom. Might be tricky driving up there but there's easy private parking. The hosts were amazing, and they left us sandwiches, drinks and cake every day! The main street restaurants are just 5 minutes walking away.

A cidade é linda, um pouco difícil de dirigir, mas é linda. A hospedagem faz jus às fotos, confortável e limpa. Fomos recebidas com café e o anfitrião deixou tudo preparado para o café da manhã. Se vc for em casal, provavelmente não vai querer sair do quarto.

appartement familial rafistolé / rustique

L’arrivée dans l’appartement familial a été un choc car on arrive direct sur un lit, or les photos de l’annonce indiquaient une terrasse, une cuisine. Je comprends que l’annonce en ligne mélange des photos de plusieurs biens. Il y a une confusion totale. L’appartement familial possède un mini salon mais, aucune table à manger ni chaise, l’état général est assez vétuste / rafistolé. Le lit simple était cassé. Par contre, l’accueil fut chaleureux, la propriétaire nous a aidé à nous garer dans les ruelles étroites et en pente, et la propreté des draps et serviettes est parfaite. Autre point positif: climatisation et tv avec Netflix. Désolée pour ces critiques mais cela ne correspondait pas à l’annonce ni à nos besoins pour une famille de 5. Cordialement.
