I loved the hotel, every staff member was very polite and kind. Especially the reception staff and breakfast kitchen staff were awesome. When I had trouble booking my tickets for the ferry online, the reception staff helped me a lot. Thanks for your help and hospitality. It made my trip even better!

This was an amazing hotel with fabulous staff and superb dining options. I loved my time there. If I was being the tiniest bit picky I would say that the gym definitely needs the air con on and the breakfast dining area also could do with being a few degrees cooler. However overall it was amazing especially the rooftop pool area which is spectacular. We enjoyed it much more than Marina Bay Sands.Absolutely 10/10 for the amazing staff!

"Beautiful hotel but only had 30 banana lounges by the pool so very difficult based on the size of the hotel to get a seat, it’s also a wedding facility so on weekends half the pool area is closed and all tables and chairs are used for their functions.
