Falta frigobar no quarto, pelo valor do hotel deveria ter. As camas são pessimas tbm, se mexer um pouco da a impressão que vai quebrar os pés da cama.

Nao tem frigobar
Quarto de hotel sem frigobar, pelo preco que é cobrado deveria ter, pois ate em hoteis onde a diaria é 90,100 reais eles tem frigobar a disposição. Nesse ibis nao conseguimos gelar a agua no quarto.

Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura, os corredores fediam a cigarro. Deixaram apenas um cobertor no quarto, e precisamos realizar mais de uma cobrança para conseguir uma nova coberta, que precisou ser buscada na recepção. Além disso, precisamos sair 30 min antes do início do café da manhã, no dia anterior a recepcionista indicou que caso já tivesse itens disponíveis poderiamos nos servir para não sairmos sem comer, no dia de manhã fomos impedidos de nos servir mesmo já tendo frutas, frios e sucos no balcão. Ficamos bem chateados com a abordagem e decidimos não permanecer. Já me hospedei outras vezes em Ibis, mas o padrão de atendimento deste me surpreendeu negativamente.
