Know what you’re getting. Yes, this is a condo and that is well spelled out. However, you need to walk two blocks to get the key out of a lockbox in a convenience store which is not communicated to you until 24 hours before check-in - and return it there - likely while hauling your bags. It is NOT two bedrooms - it is one bedroom with sliding cardboard dividers in what should be the dinning area. Also, according to the security, the building is about 30% short term rental so a lot of people are coming and going around check-in and check-out times, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more for the elevator (up or down) - yes, 15 minutes. The unit was not well stocked, it had coffee pods but not a coffee machine that accepted pods. The towels were a hodgepodge mix of old towels and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. But if you’re going to a blue jays game or the CN Tower, it’s very close

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Raddison Blu. Here is a breakdown of our stay.
Pros:
Beautiful Location -close to lots of great dining and shopping. Right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lake.
Bed - One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Lovely linens.
Pool - Great Pool, but was super crowded and over run with Children during our stay. Pool food/drink service was great.
Staff - The staff were lovely.
Con’s:
Housekeeping- 3 out of 4 days we were not left with appropriate amount of clean towels/face cloths.
Shower - Appeared to be Mold on the ceiling in the corners. Also behind the large mirror on the bathroom walls.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would go back. Just a few little things I think could be easily taken care of with better attention to detail when cleaning.

Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It’s an excellent choice for concerts/events at Scotiabank. Super easy walk to Eaton Centre/theatres etc. Highly recommend.
