I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. (...

"Very chilled holiday. Loved all the activities in the hotel, yoga Pilates & belly dancing to name a few. Food was a bit samey every day. Would have been nice to have theme nights as other hotels do. Plenty of sun beds available. Loved hanging out with all the kitty cats "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach...
