"Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. (...

"Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "The Hotel & staff are well worth the money. All inclusive, breakfast, lunch & evening meal & alcoholic beverages for just £35 a night. The problem is not the hotel, the problem is Djerba, it’s an absolute pile of FAECES! (Sh-it Ho-le! Nothing to do, it’s dirty with litter everywhere. Beach is dirty & full of seaweed!
