"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. "Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. "Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward."

"After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans). "

"I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
