"The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all. Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms. "The espresso machine need to be renewed or replaced, so we could have real cup of espresso coffee next time ! Bed cover could be better. "

"Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward."

"Not sure a four star hotel status is appropriate for this facility. Second position access to the beach was not what we expected but not that bad. However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate. Local taxi driver was helpful though. "

"I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
