Kurzurlaub in der Waldsiedlung in Retgendorf
- Eigene Unternehmungen sehr schön - leider nur ein kleiner Badezugang zum Schweriner See, Lichtung reicht für ca. 5 Badegäste - spartanische Einrichtung des Bungalows - keine Reinigungs- und Putzmittel vorhanden - veraltete techn. Küchengeräte und altes Geschirr - Beleuchtung könnte einige Watt mehr vertragen - Vermieterin ist telefonisch sehr schlecht zu erreichen (Gespräch im Vorfeld nicht möglich, Wartezeit bei Rezeption, da kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich) - Vermieterin zahlte Kaution nicht zurück und unterschob uns Bilder von einem anderen Bungalow um zu unter- mauern, dass Grundreinigung schlecht war - Kommunikation mit Interchalet sehr gut, beglichen Kaution

nette Ferienhausanlage mit sehr netten "Hauseltern"; absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit - super Voraussetzungen zum Entspannen. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Schwerin mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und direkt im Grünen für Naturverbundene.

Noch nie etwas so unfreundliches und abgelebtes erlebt
Vermieter sehr unfreundlich, wenn er überhaupt mal vor Ort war. Das Objekt war sehr abgelebt ( Sofa an einigen Stellen aufgerissen und voller Flecken, der Teppich voller Flecken und Haare, das Geschirr schmutzig und zum größten Teil kaputt). Hatten zum Glück eigene Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit. Es wurde keine gemeinsam Übergabe des Hauses gemacht. Auch bei der Abreise wurde (trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen im Vorfeld) eine gemeinsame Übergabe des Hauses verweigert. Man soll einfach den Schlüssel stecken lassen (diese steckte bei einigen Häusern 3 Tage lang) . Unser Fazit ist: die Gegend ist sehr schön und für Ausflüge ideal gelegen, aber auf keinen Fall wieder in dieser Ferienanlage.

super Lage, aber recht unfreundlicher Empfang. Erste Frage war, ob wir die zusätzlichen Kosten gelesen haben. Zweite Frage war, trotz Buchung inkl. Endreinigung, ob wir die Reinigung selber machen wollen, oder 50 Euro extra zahlen. Wer sich nicht an ständig bellenden, frei laufenden Hunden stört, kann hier aufgrund der Lage einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Haus aber eindeutig für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder viel zu klein.

Klein aber es ist alles drin.
Für vier Personen plus ein klein Kind ist es ideal. Nur die Matratzen in dem Bett was wir hatten waren sehr durchgelesen und müssten gewechselt werden.

Tolle Lage direkt am Spielplatz und See. Ferienhaus dringend renovierungsbedürftig, sehr geringe Ausstattung - bunter Mix aus allem. Vieles defekt. Schade!
