"The manager was definitely out there but he was so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us even when he had so much to do. Lovely olde world property. The only criticism I have is the car park has small spots and it seems that people from a nearby business are using it therefore sometimes the carpark was full."

"It was perfect for us during our way home to Melbourne. It was clean, great little pool. The owners were friendly and they provided free complementary breakfast which was a feast. Close to town. A lovely motel with a charm due to the garden and the furniture. We highly recommend it. "

"It was easy access to the street. The room was basic but very clean and had everything that was needed. And having a room right beside the pool gate was very convenient too as it was warm when we were there and the pool was lovely and refreshing and it was very clean also. . "

"Grand Oak is in a fantastic location , it is very quiet ( great for a good nigts sleep) , plenty of parking, the restaurant and bar is great and the barman is excellent . The pool is just adequate, could be better with greenery , some plants around and some lounge chairs, other than that we had a great stay, we can recommend this resort/ hotel"
