"A fabulous hotel in the small city of Ooty. Service was excellent. One example - the tennis final was on a channel that was not subscribed to on the hotel system, they subscribed! Facilities are modern, even having USB charging points built in, in the rooms. The hotel offered several daily activities including free tea tasting every afternoon and evenings around a garden fire, (we missed out on the fire as the weather was awful during our visit ). "

Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. "First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a shared accommodation with independent bathrooms in each room. The rooms are very small and not clean.
