"The Hotel was well located, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short walk away from all the action. Super friendly and helpful staff made checking in and out a breeze. The rooms are generous and well appointed. The universal key access made it feel more like an apartment building than a hotel. Views are definitely not great but you don't have to go far to get one. You can't beat the location as it is across the road from Elizabeth Street shopping mall and an easy walk down to the Harbour and more restaurants. "This place is amazing and is by far one of the best places we have booked and first time with Wyndham . We had 2 Adults , 2 teens and a 10year old and there were activities to cater for them all . "We arrived for our stay in Hobart and waited until 2pm for check in. When we got to Hobart Apartments, there was nobody in reception, so i rang the number on the door. I was then informed that the room was leaking and unavailable for us to stay in and that we should have been informed of this 2 weeks prior but never were. We were basically left stranded with an 8wk old baby and nowhere to stay and when i told them that all she said was "google somewhere else". Very poor service from Hobart...
