"Great quiet, yet central location assuming you have a car. Nice clean room with all basics well covered. Apart from a too soft of a matress for my liking I would go back in a heart beat."
"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with something for most tastes. The scrambled eggs were overdone but everything else was good. Coffee was a bit weak"
"Absolutely wonderful stay. A quaint hotel with a very homey feel. Only warning is there is no elevator - so if you cant do the stairs request a first level room. "
"The property is very nice and a lot of dining options nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside is breakfast cost, 45 Euro."
"This hotel felt safe, the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant, it is walking distance to the train station and city centre, there is a pizza shop next door and a nice restaurant after that, i will definitely stay again"
"Walkable distance to shopping centre and Christmas market. Good breakfast, just a shame some items weren't replenished. Basic comfortable room, would stay there again if visiting Aachen. "
"This was a great stay in Aachen except for one thing. This is a successful hotel chain in Germany so I would expect that they would figure out their plumbing problems by now, but here it is: the temperature of the water in the shower varies rapidly depending on water use in other rooms. It goes rapidly from very cold to very hot and makes for a miserable showering experience! Almost unsafe in how hot it can get. Need better flow regulators, guys!
Otherwise, everything else was very good."
"Check-in was really easy and the location was easy to find. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further."
"Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the cathedral and shopping areas and walking distance to the thermal bath. I appreciated the clean sheets and blackout curtains. Facility was well maintained and spotless. Very quiet during the night even though it seemed liked it was very booked. Very spacious as well. "
"Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was excellent, the bar was nice and felt relaxing. The hotel is walkable to the main attractions and the railway station. If I was in Aachen again I would book here."
"Rooftop was cool but the dinner was overpriced for portions and I didn’t like my entree. The room and amenities were top notch and location was ideal."
"Very well organised, exceptionally clean, good food, very comfortable bed, room facilities excellent.
What else can I say.
I would stay there again.
Hotel owners were very helpful and friendly.
As short walk out into the village and then further across the bridge offers an excellent restaurant if you feel the need to get out."
"Great value for money. Parking right out front. Fantastic restaurant with fabulous food. Great bar. Bathroom was wonderful. Great shower. Super friendly and professional staff. "
