What an amazing hotel! The staff are absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. From our first impression of being greeted at the door, to being checked in by the very lovely Sahra, right through to friendly, professional, well presented restaurant, bar and cleaning staff, we knew this was going to be a great holiday - we were made to feel so very special and as a result had the best time!! What an amazing hotel, the beds were so comfortable. The pillows were exactly how we like it. I also loved the quick entrance to the mall. That was a bonus point for us.

My family (2 adult and 2 grown up/teenage kids) had a great stay for 2 night to celebrate New year's. We've got very big apartment style apartments with 2 separate bedrooms 2 and a half bathrooms and full kitchen and a spacious living room. Very nice and comfortable beds and lovely modern interiors. Stuff was very helpful and friendly, especially Raabia at the front desk. Looking forward to come back in the future.
