"Comfortable friendly hotel. On the seafront. Reception staff nice & friendly. Room cosy & warm. Even though we did not have a sea view room we had a nice view of the pier. Only drawback is small car park £6 per night. Costs not pre stated on the booking app. Llandudno itself was friendly and the ski centre was really worth a visit "

"At dinner last night my Wife asked me to rate the hotel. Considering I have been in the coach touring industry for 60 years I initially said the Imperial was there with the best. "What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"

"We booked a standard double room with a King bed, but got a family room with a double and a single. Although it wasn't what we'd booked the room was nice and big with a decent sized bathroom.
