"I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). "The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there.
