The hotel was lovely and in a great location. The staff were amazing! They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Almost all of them said Happy Birthday to my wife which was really nice and a great personal touch

The Venart is a special place among many special places in Venice. An old Palace directly on the Grand Canal in the San Polo neighborhood -- the quiet side of Venice. The concierge team is outstanding and the public spaces of the hotel are grand. Given the 2-start GLAM restaurant size limitations, food options at the hotel are quite limited. This can be a problem if you don't feel like heading out for dinner -- or even breakfast. Otherwise, it's a lovely place.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Montecarlo. The location is excellent, the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were perfect for our schedule. Would definitely stay again!
