Welcome to those in the area for vacation, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and all other outdoor activities this beautiful area has to offer. Sit outside on the porch enjoying the views and wildlife. Only three miles south of the town of Dolores, the Dolores river, and McPhee Reservoir. Only seven miles to the town of Cortez. Other nearby attractions include Mesa Verde National Park, Canyon of the Ancients National Monument, and numerous fishing spots.

Less than a mile down the private dirt road sits this fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional small room with a twin bed and a twin trundle. Will sleep 4 people comfortably, and a fifth if someone wants to sleep on the couch (not a pullout couch). Access to the apartment is up a wooden staircase. Residence is NOT ADA-ACCESSIBLE.

The apartment sits over the main home's detached garage (garage is inaccessible to renters). Host family lives on the property in the main home.

If you're looking for a place with amazing views that is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, this is the place. The apartment has a great balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The hosts were super nice and responsive. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend! The place fit my wife and I, and our 3 kids very comfortably and was spotless!

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay
Traveling with 3 teenagers, we could’ve used an additional mirror outside of the bathroom as well as some cooking utensils. We were limited on how we could cook breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place and the view. Thanks!

We enjoyed our short stay here and really loved the views we were treated to. The sunsets and views of the Milky Way from the deck were superb. The apartment was clean and comfortable, private, quiet and quite lovely.
