Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "Fabio the GM and the entire staff were fantastic. The food in the two hotel restaurants were excellenr. Breakfast is also something to write home about. Best of all is the very short walk to the gondola to the Courmayeur ski resort. The skiing was amazing and I planning returning! Thank you Massif!"

"If you are looking for a ski holiday in Courmayeur, I would recommend ski-in ski-out accommodation on Plan Checrouit itself. By staying on Plan Checrouit, you avoid having to queue for the gondola up and down Plan Checrouit, which can get quite busy at peak periods. With certain consecutive day ski passes, going up and down the gondola at night was covered and the gondolas were quite frequent. The alpine aesthetic set the tone along with a fire in the central living room fireplace and Johnson pouring drinks from the charming bar.
