"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

"A good option for families. Clean and quiet with many walkable restaurants and shops and public transport nearby. Only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning during a hot summer which made it more difficult to sleep comfortably "
