"The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced something like this- obviously had not been cleaned at all! The bed was very comfortable but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained "

"The reason I booked this resort because it is river view. It has a restaurant that is next to the river but what you can order is only fried rice, congee and fried egg or omelette. The room and the bathroom looked like nobody did her job before the next guest check in. The pillows are too high and hard so it was impossible for us to sleep on the pillows. The good thing is you can have a little walk in the garden."

"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking.
