Excellent everything! Rooms are small, 25 sq m, but that's because it's in the charming old quarter. Check in is seamless before you know it your luggage is in your room. Beds are firm and comfortable, rooms are quiet. Breakfast is incredible and delicious. The spaa is relaxing and treatments are 5 stars! You are within walking distance to several Michiline star restaurants, the train, the market and every imaginable shop to fill your needs. The staff is attentive, friendly and can anticipate all your needs. We loved it here.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. The environment of hotel from the reception room to the restaurant was cheerful at all times. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Our room was clean, fresh and lovely. It was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hotel du Lac and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We had a truly amazing stay at du LAC, the team are beyond incredible and were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help celebrate my wife’s birthday, decorating the room. We cannot recommend them enough, hopefully we’ll be back soon!
