"This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. "Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon. Rest sehr enttäuschend. Die Buchubg kam nicht an, sodass am ersten Tag keine Zimmer frei waren. "I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."
