"Do not book this accommodation. Communication with the host had to be initiated by me as no check-in/check-out details were supplied. The host did not take my call but rather used text message to communicate. Very basic basically saying where the key was. Accomodation was disgusting and not reflective of the price. There was rubbish left in the bin, used personal items and clothing around the property, the lawns were over-grown, dirt.other splatters on the walls, and heaps of dirt and crumbs...

"We travelled to Benella for a funeral and Ray was very accommodating and extended our check out time at a last minute request without charge. The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. We received a complimentary continental breakfast with the room and coffee and tea. Walking distances to town and 5 min to the Pub for an easy meal. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being so accommodating Ray."

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."
