Delightful cottage, perfect host.
This was an incredibly beautiful cottage, with a lovely garden, our room was very comfortable, our host was super attentive - we felt truly spoilt throughout our stay. We were welcomed with tea, scones and cake and breakfast was a sumptuous spread with lots of choice. We truly landed on our feet, would highly recommend and hope that we're able to stay again in the future. Thank you Louise for sharing your splendid home.

Wonderful Stay
We spent a restorative weekend at Tudor Cottage. It's so comfortable and quiet at night, and the breakfasts simply can't be surpassed. We felt quite spoiled.

Would highly recommend
Tudor Cottage is wonderful! Louise provides an amazing afternoon tea on arrival (home made scones and cake), plus a huge array of bathroom products. The breakfast is made to order and plentiful. Clean and extremely comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, we thought it was pretty quiet, especially overnight.

Excellent welcome, with afternoon tea in front of a log fire. Louise couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Beautiful Tudor, thatched cottage with a gorgeous, comfortable luxurious room, with everything we could have needed. I am not overstating to say that the breakfast was superb with a great choice. I thoroughly recommend Tudor cottage and will definitely be returning. Thank you Louise.

Beautiful stay with incredible breakfast!
We had a wonderful stay in this characterful cottage located in a Dorset village within easy driving distance of the coastal attractions. If you're looking for an authentic and quintessentially English experience from your trip to Dorset, host Louise will provide this and more. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and once we had been shown to the allocated parking, we were treated to a beautifully served traditional afternoon tea. Almost everything Louise serves is home made, cakes, jams, sauces, cereals. The breakfast is unlike anything you will get in a hotel, with everything being freshly prepared and served fresh, with a mind blowing array of home made jams and cereals to accompany. Even the brown sauce and ketchup were home made. All of it was utterly delicious. You will not need to eat until dinner time after having breakfast here! The cottage is a listed building, and you should bear in mind that you are staying in a very old English building, and should relish the experience. Having said that, our bathroom was up to date and tastefully modernised, with everything working as it should, and a great selection of complimentary toiletries, as well as tea and coffee making facilities for the room. All in all, a wonderful and highly recommended B&B experience.

Just Amazing
Just amazing. Louise the owner and host goes above and beyond. The rooms are fantastic, and she takes care to include all those little add on soaps, shampoo etc etc as if your at the Four Seasons. The welcome tea and scones, is something you won’t forget easily. Her breakfasts just as wonderful. We will be back!!

A stunning cottage
All I can say is WOW!! A beautiful cottage which is so inviting and homely. Louise is a wonderful host where absolutely nothing is too much trouble. You couldn’t want for anything. Louise has thought of everything even a “covid” pack left in our room of gloves masks sanitiser etc. I’ve never had so much choice in breakfast. Our room was stunning again had everything you could possibly think of. I absolutely loved it there and have already booked again.

Wonderful stay
We were met by the lovely Louise with tea and cakes and shown to our en suite room with a four poster bed. Fantastic host and the breakfast was very special with locally sourced produce and home made bread and jams. Can’t wait to go back.

Louise is a perfect host. If Dubai can have seven star hotels, then Tudor Cottage should be a seven star b & b!

The place to stay in Dorset
Well-situated to allow for daily trips (with a car) to discover this coastal region. Hostess is attentive to all details to make your stay very pleasant. Some of the best breakfast I have had in a B&B. There were even fresh roses everyday in our room! Highly recommend .
