The hotel owners were very pleasant and helpful. Some aspects of our room needed refreshing. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent.

The staff here care about you and treat you like family (I got a flat tire in their parking lot at night and they helped me call my rental car agency and helped me through the process all the way). The building and rooms are lovely and comfortable with many little touches that make it feel like home.

Cannot fault any aspect of our stay. Really nice hotel, restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit. The service there was perfect, the small team there could not do enough to help.

I only used the room, and did not try the food. So this review is just that. Unfortunately the room I was in was downstairs, and could very clearly hear all the footsteps and movements on the floor above. The room had a very strange smell, and it just a feeling of not being very well cleaned or cared for. The blind was filled with dead bug marks for example. I would not stay there again, and found the parking quite difficult as there were limited spots, all taken.
