"The Coco Casita was cute and clean. The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. There is a Weber charcoal grill, but needs some grilling tools (at least tongs). The backyard fence has a few too many holes for privacy in the hottub, although there really isn't anyone around. The kitchenette is handy, though some dish soap for the dishes is needed. "There were a few small issues with the property like a broken doorknob I had to fix and electrical plugs by the bed that didn't work. It also needs some extra things like more security lighting in the parking lot and extra hooks in the bathroom for towels. But it is a nice clean and comfortable property and my Wife, and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It also has a nice book selection if you are a reader."
