Wonderful! The snack shop in the lobby was very convenient. And having Dove products in the room was a cherry on top!

When i booked it said tax an fees included when i got there the added a 50 charge i get back in 7 days but wasnt told about that. Then i was told i could pay cash when i chk in but on arrival they said No cash has to be credit. Then to toilet didnt flush they said heres a plunger you can fix it yourself an return the plunger when u finish

They didn’t have a room reserved for us, we had to go find another hotel at 7:30pm with two small, hungry, and tired toddlers in the car. I get things happen but the “oh, well. What are you going to do?” Attitude was not needed and we were 5 hours from home.

Check in was great. New hotel and clean. Both rooms next to us were easy to hear through the walls. Family with child on one side and argue couple on the other. Some how went right to sleep and they woke us at 8 or so. Found one item as we were leaving a light fixture above the tub hanging down with wires showing. Yep we used the shower. No road noise on our end of the hotel.
