"The Nook was the most incredible place to stay for a few nights. Modern, and comfortable, it was an amazing place to unwind. The view out to sea, the little backyard that meanders out to the rocks and the birdbath. For a couples getaway where you want to do your own cooking, I highly recommend staying here. The kitchen is very modern and there is even an electric barbecue. Wifi was also very strong. "

"A beautiful, quiet, environmentally respectful little haven, with superb views and lots of native wildlife. Don't expect mod-cons, but go prepared to enjoy off-grid living, in a comfortable little cabin with everything you need (kitchen, wood fire, comfy bed, spacious deck for eagle, earth and star watching). Although the checkin is contactless, the owner is in contact via email with warm, personal messages, is responsive and helpful if required. Thanks so much Peter! We loved it."

"On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before.
