Minutes to the Beach, Douglas, & Saugatuck!

This Condo offers all the amenities and is within a short drive to Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. We did not skimp on anything regarding what guests "may" need while staying with us! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes and place setting for 8, dishwasher, toaster, all utensils needed to make a home cooked meal, the list goes on. We have a large gas BBQ Grill on the patio, and patio furniture to seat 6.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Condo which offers a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The main/master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, side tables and closet. There is also a pull out Sofa in the living room; this is as well a Queen size. The living room is furnished with a large couch and two over sized sitting chairs; the perfect area to watch tv and or play games, talk about the great time you're having.... The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a large refrigerator, electric stovetop and over, dishwasher, place setting for 8, coffee maker, toaster, need we say more?

The location of this Condo is ideal, it is a 2 minute drive to Douglas Beach and a short drive into Downtown Douglas. Whether you're in town to relax or you are there to shop and eat, this is the perfect vacation spot for you! Did we mention the cute back porch area? It is equipped with table and chairs

Great property!

Beautiful home and great location. A short 10-15 minute walk from Lake Michigan, close to restaurants and bars and a short drive to downtown. We had a blast!

Good location and value. Perfect place for 3 of us. We’ve been coming to the area for Thanksgiving weekend to enjoy time cutting down Christmas tree and enjoying being together for 30+ years. This condo served us well.

Wonderful Stay!

This is our second time staying at this location and we love it every time! The hosts are wonderful with great communication and the condo is just lovely. Quick drive or bike ride from Oval beach, downtown Douglas, and downtown Saugatuck. We will be back next year!

Love the location

Spacious updated condo has all you need to enjoy a weekend or more. We didn't use the pool due to the cool weather, but looks well maintained. Good value for your base stay to explore the area.

Darling space located in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Saugatuck.

We would stay here again! Clean, fully equipped condo. Fabulous location. Great pool. The only thing that would have made it better?.....King size beds!

Wonderful!

We had a great time on our annual get-away with our daughter's family. The condo was updated with lots of amenities and very clean. We loved the pool and our time at Oval Beach. The playgrounds at Douglas Elementary School and Saugatuck were huge hits with our granddaughters, aged 2 and 4. Isabel's, the market next door, has lots of goodies! We will definitely return!

The perfect place

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend in Douglas and this condo is perfect! It looks as great as the photos and is very well stocked with extra things you might need. The heated swimming pool and grounds are gorgeous. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area it is the perfect location to Saugatuck area.

Condo perfect for us. Grandparents with two grands. All on first floor. 2 bedrooms with a very nice kitchen. Had all needed amenities. Was perfect for us. Close to Lake Michigan and action Douglas and Saugatuck.

Top Notch!

This property is amazing! The bed was so comfortable! I have never slept so well on vacation before! This place had everything, down to the littlest detail: sugar for coffee, q-tips for ears, popcorn for a movie and saran wrap for storing leftovers! This place had it all! Our vacation was top-notch because we stayed here!!
