"The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...

Walks from the door and other locations. Very nicely designed and equipped house. Suits group of friends, with indoor and rooftop places to chill and admire the view. Likely also good for a family. Owners are lovely and always very helpful"

"We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! "The Rocket cottage was everything we’d hoped for ! Fantastic location looking out over the sea, good access to the beach below which is dog friendly, what more could we ask for. The cottage was peaceful, cosy and warm, internet connection a little weak in places but we managed. The bed was comfortable and having access to a washer dryer was a bonus. Portwrinkle is a beautiful spot to explore northern Cornwall and we would definitely recommend The Rocket cottage as a place to stay, we loved it ! "
